If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50% refund will be issued. If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued If a yours is a customized decoration then it has to be canceled 24 hours in advance No refund will be given for cancellation after 24 hours

We can decorate at your place or hotel room if you take permission from the hotel. If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience. No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.

Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking. The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties. Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage
